Excellent as always. Absolutely everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The Xiao Long Bao is perfectly steamed and the filling was excellent . My favourite is the stir fried snow pea sprouts, crunchy yet soft, delicious. The eggplant and cucumber appetizers are amazing! They're definitely under promising and over delivering with the wait times. The displayed wait time was 75 minutes but it was closer to 30-45 minutes. Definitely visit a Ding Tai Fung when you're in Taiwan.

Exceptional service for a DTF. Everyone here is genuinely positive, polite, and attentive. They even display a plaque honoring the top three most courteous staff members at the payment counter—such a charming touch that reflects their culture of service. Coming at 10 AM is perfect: no wait, calm atmosphere, and the shopping center isn’t even open yet. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and it’s fun to people-watch as beautifully prepared dishes seem to appear magically at each table. Ordering is done through a QR code, so you can pace your meal—order a few dishes, enjoy them, then decide if you want more. The service is incredibly fast; efficiency feels like 110%, and customer care is off the charts. I absolutely love the Din Tai Fung Fuxing location.

We visited Din Tai Fung Fuxing Branch inside SOGO and really enjoyed it! The place is super clean, staff are friendly, and everything runs smoothly even when it’s busy. The xiaolongbao were amazing—thin skin, super juicy, and full of flavor. The pork chop fried rice was also really good, very fragrant and satisfying. It does get crowded during lunch and dinner, so try to go a bit early if you don’t want to wait too long. Overall, a classic Din Tai Fung experience—delicious food, great service, and worth the visit!
